had a stay in Citadell de daman from 21st - 24th of May. I would like to rate everything 10/10. loved services . Resturant was also good . I would highly recommend and suggest to stay again

The air conditioning was not functioning properly, and the fan regulator was broken. Additionally, there was significant water logging in the bathroom after taking a bath, which made it quite inconvenient. However, the hotel staff responded promptly and changed the room when informed."

the stay was pretty good, however the manager at the desk was firm in the beginning for no reason. I mean this is daman we can always make some sort of adjustment. He did in the end soften up a bit, but his tone at our check-in was not up to the par. The rest of the boys had great service. Although one of the Rooms had a technical problem in the Air-Con, but it was bearable at evening into the night. Would recommend after just a few improvements.

good hotel with nice rooms only issue is with their ac as they don't provide proper cooling...we changed our room twice to get room with good ac cooling...rest entire service is good.

our overall experience at hotel citadel de daman was good, but we faced a few issues. the ac temperature was not properly adjustable, and there were water issues in the bathroom but we got new room where everything was perfectly running we also had to wait a long time for breakfast, and in the end, they told us that dosa wouldn’t be available as the batter had run out. moreover, the two people at the front desk were rude in their tone and did not speak politely.
