The Citizen hotel condition is worst and the Roughly behaviour staff towards customer .No proper cleaning , untidy and condition of the room is horrible . We have booked for 2 days but checked out within one day.So do not encourage this type of hotels, with this customers will curse you also.

Hotel room was alright for a common man. The switches did not work, no lock on bathroom door. No ventilation or window to get natural light.
Not suitable for a business person.
