Nice hotel near Railway Station. Room is nice. Service is nice. Breakfast is also nice. You can easily stay here if you need close proximity to railway station.

the room was in pathetic condition. no cleanliness.
bedsheet and other clothes were quite old.
the property is very old and no maintenance at all.
extension was there but no dial tone. you can't dial.
reception don't listen if you ask for dental kit, toiletries or anything.
I asked for soap and waited 1 hr but nobody turned up.

Hotel is not good in term of money it charges. Hotel is very old . Rooms are small in sizes and equipped with all old rusty things . Toilets needs to be equipped with new accessories. Had bad experience with this hotel.

Hotel is not for Family plus lots of cockraches in room. Washroom dirty everywhere colour of Gutkha in most of room. Service people understand but they cannot come to good standard hotel available in Mumbai, Ahmedabad or other West or south India hotel. Patna is dirty city, advise not to go Patna. People are uneducated also senseless.
