Very rude and unprofessional staff don’t know how to talk and behave with guest. Reception staff was very rude and unapproachable I want to extend my stay but they took another without my consent told me check out fast otherwise shift to their choice low category room it happens when owner hires cheap and unprofessional staff. Continues bell rang and inappropriate behave with guest. They made unnecessary calls for breakfast lunch and dinner but not ask to guest extend or check out they have too many excuses with cheap reasons worst experience forever.
