Location Is Awesome, But Room are Small But Its Ok, Lot Of Rules & Regulation Such as Outside food not Allowed, Gate Close After 11 PM, Dont disturb after 10 Pm,... Better to stay in Bhimtal and Book Resort in Low price compared to This Hotel,

The manager's behaviour at the hotel is very rude.. I booked this property for 4045rs,He could not give us extra mattress for my sister and he was saying that you have to pay for 5000 extra for her...
At that time I booked another property.
The bathroom smells very bad..

Pathetic rooms pathetic hygiene
No exhaust fan in bathroom/restroom
Electricity issue we stayed for 2 nights and both the whole nights without electricity though their power backup gave backup for 2-3 hours but then all dark
Not recommend at all but if you want to waste your money go ahead.

Hotel was good, nice clean.. located at a beautiful gully.. evening & morning outside hotel are beautiful. You can't see Lake directly from window of hotel .. still overall experience is great

Hotel is not good enough in winters lack of everything like no heaters
Room was so cold and blankets used by them are not sufficient enough for cold temperature like 2degrees

Budget hotel, nice location. Very cooperative staff. Clean and spacious room. Breakfast included paratha or toast or omlet, sufficient quantity. Near to mall road, lake, Barabazar, tibbat market and ropeway. Lots of options for food near by. Police station nearby.
