Rooms where compact and we had an issue with hot water supply for two days during our three days and room cleaning definitely needs improvement

Booked the hotel seeing the facilities provided in your booking
we regret to inform you that.
no restuarant
no bar, no refrigerator, no back up power for elevator, we ha have to climb 2 floors with our heavy luggage. We request you to inspect the facilities of the hotels( especially at Bangalore) and check what you are offering matches the actual. Really a bad bad stay.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel.
The check-in process was frustrating. First, they told me that the room I booked wasn’t available, and only after I contacted Goibibo was the issue resolved. I had also booked early check-in, but the staff denied it at first and asked me to pay ₹500 extra for it. Again, only after I escalated the matter to Goibibo did they allow the early check-in I had already paid for.
