I have asked the IPL match channel on TV, firstly I told me that they don't have the Tata play package, I said but at least you should provide that , later they provide me after heated discussion,Then the reception boy over charged my food bill having said that the menu card is not the latest one, He accepted the normal charges again after a heated discussion !my food bill is 190 + 165 = 355 and thay reception boy asked me to pay 365!Very hectic experience!but let's be honest, the food quality and quantity is good!Giving 2 star only for the food, and 0 star for the hotel experience!thanks!

Nice experience. Clean cozy room. AC, TV all in a well working condition. Hotel is very close to old and new CBS. Courteous staff and great service. Breakfast was served in the room. One of Poha, Upma, Paratha or Bhaji Puri and Chai or Coffee. Taste was good. Will definitely visit again.

Stay was good room was clean & hygienic. Food was excellent. Helped us with packed dinner when we left the hotel. Overall excellent stay.

The experience of the hotel was very horrible. The bathroom in the room was very bad it was stinking very badly. No one is able to spend 2 minutes in the bathroom. Due to rain there was no light in the night and in the morning I had to go to the reception to tell them to start back up light arrangement. Then during the changeover of the lights their geyser explodes in between which was a very horrible and threatening experience for me. I seriously don't recommend this hotel to anyone. This is purely a waste.

my experience was amazing. the room was clean and well ventilated. most amazing thing was the breakfast which was tasty with good quantity. hotel staff was well organised. we enjoyed our stay there.
