Bad experience. We were booking 2 rooms but when we reached, they were unable to provide us those rooms. Those rooms were allotted to others and told us to adjust in one room. We had no time to search for other hotels, and compromised in one room. Bathroom was very small.

The place is near Secunderabad Station, clean, has functioning lift and good staff. You may not get water, so please buy ample water from outside.

on the way to the hotel, I came to know that they have changed the hotel from royal City extension to hotel ashirwad and when I have called the contact person, he told me that he is having these two hotels and since there is some problems in royal City so he told me to went to hotel Aashirwad but he didn't inform me anything about change of hotels prior to that, which he should as I have booked after looking those rooms and services and even given me the rooms which was left in hotel Aashirwad b ...more

I have been to so many hotels but this was worst, only becoz of experience at check-out. I was asked to pay tip forcefully at the time of check out even after refusing for multiple times. What was this behaviour?
