Pathetic. (A Paraphrase for them - NAME BIG PHILOSOPY SMALLl)1) Keep 2000 money (In cash), Like really, you pay a huge amount for the booking and again this behavior.2) No Wifi in the room. 3) Water supply stopped4) TV never worked for my entire stay.(Even the technician don't know how to fix the issue)5) Don't ask me about the condition of the pillow covers, they don't have 100 Rs to change the pillow cover.. the receptionist on my demand didn't reduced the servise charges on food and they not even returned 32 rupees what ch were balanced from the security deposit I don't like the place .

This hotel was an absolute nightmare. They demanded extra money, and when we refused, they confiscated our IDs. The manager, who was supposed to be at the reception, was unbelievably rude and started shouting at us. The rooms were smelly, and the staff was completely unprofessional. I strongly advise against booking this hotel in Punjabi Bagh. It's the worst place you could choose—disgusting rooms and atrocious service.
