Worst experience at Hotel Clark Heights ... Dirty , unhygienic place ..... extremely rude , ill mannered staff, which was not ready to provide clean sheets even ..... they charged me extra to give a better room, which was equally bad .I wasn't able to get a refund and spend the night with my family in the extremely filthy place...

worst behaviour by reception and everyone. they charge 50rs for 1 litre water bottle without bill . and if you want bill they charge antoher 18percnt. they don't any bill ..rooms shown and given are very different.
