they don’t have hot water facilities in the hotel - it’s ridiculous- how a person can stay without water after paying

the stay experience was good but it could be better with some small changes, the room heater was not sufficient the have provided the normal rod heater, and room service was not up to the mark.. less staff no laundry service available also for room decoration they need 1 day advance booking.

The stay was excellent. They upgraded my room without any extra fees . They shown amazing hospitality during our stay . Food was absolutely delicious and worth it . Very Reasonable cost . Staff was very humble and customer experience was 10 out of 10. Must revisit for me

I think this is the best hotel under budget for stay near kanchin dham and also nainital. Cooperative staff and well maintained with full amenities. Also the restaurant serves tasty food.

Our stay was for 2 nights in a family suite. The hotel and their rooms were neat and clean. Hotel provides with gymnasium, game room with carrom, pool table, chess scrabble. The food was great too. And for one night we requested to make some local cuisine and they have arranged that too. The hotel staff are very co operative. Their services are very good. We like their rooms as their are very few hotels which provides family rooms.

Stayed for 2 days. Excellent services by the staff who were always helpful. Food was great. Nice and clean spacious rooms. Overall a good experience and will definitely come back .

it's a good hotel,location is also fine not very picturesque. rooms are comfortable but the only problem was that the studio rooms are in the basement which is a little suffocating sometimes. Hotel staff is polite and courteous. Restaurant food is also good
