The experience at this hotel was highly disappointing. The bathrooms were unclean, and the overall service felt unprofessional. Surprisingly, there was no room service number provided in the room. Only four small water bottles were placed in the room, and we were charged for two extra bottles we never requested. When questioned, the staff explained that it was to avoid late-night water requests—a completely unacceptable response.

worst clarks experience by far. Just dont book! its a cheap motel with clarks branding far away from city with no restaurant or door lock!! housekeeping will open door anytime as no room has door lock

Property is in the outskirts of mysuru. So it's very challenging to find cabs or autos. No ola or rapido & only Uber works under intercity category. So the drivers will first not turn up & in case someone turns up they will ask double of what Uber estimates. It costs approximately INR 500 to commute from hotel to Mysuru junction.

Absolutely Bad and Pathetic Experience. Not recommended at all for anyone
This Hotel is 12 Kilometers away from city.
Hotel was Overbooked and we were made to wait at reception late night. We were given room after 1 and half Hour and thrn the team was short of Room Key Cards. we got room with no electricity bcoz of key cards shortages
Room did not had basic amenities like Tea/Cofee Kit and Toothbrush.

Was offered a room with broken window!Booked a room, paid in advance and imagine my surprise when the reception staff says " we are fully booked" . A few minutes later, they find a room, thanks the gods. We go to our room and find mosquitoes! and then discover a whole glass panel is missing!We complain assuming the reception doesn't know about it but they request to "adjust" and further says they are doing a favour as we are travelling with a child. Rooms & Bathrooms were Good, Spacious & Clean.Overall Ambience was good.Hospitallity was excellent.Complimentory breakfast was quite good but service was bit delayed.
Overall Stay was fine and it's good value for money.
