Had a pleasant stay. Every time you pay a visit you feel homely and fresh. Outstanding rooms and incredible food. Both quality and taste of the food are excellent. Very cooperative staff. Would love to stay again.

It was an amazing stay at Hotel Clarks Premier Kota... Lovely Ambience of Lobby & Adjoining Restaurant.. must try Cold Coffee Delicious food & Breakfast spread was superb.. The Hotel staff is so courteous & humble.. Neat & clean rooms & bathroom.. room size is so small as compared to other same category of Hotels else every thing is good..

it’s a good hotel but with some areas of improvements 1. the room i was in had a door which would be a passage to the room next door and the sound proofing was horrible to lack of privacy. also the door was locked and the knob removed, i believe only hotel staff could open it if required but still there was no latch on the door from inside, for customer to ensure the door remains locked2. water from shower area does spread to entire washroom and no door mats are provided thus the entire room get ...more

I booked a luxury suite expecting top-notch service, but my experience was disappointing. Upon check-in, I noticed that basic amenities like towels, a dental kit, and room slippers were missing. When I requested them, the service staff casually mentioned that slippers were out of stock. Only after persistent follow-ups did they manage to arrange them in 20 minutes, making it seem like they were reluctant to provide standard services.
