the hotel management should focus on maintaining cleanliness and ensuring that all advertised amenities are functional. better maintenance of rooms and timely housekeeping services could greatly improve guest satisfaction. the cleanliness of the room was extremely disappointing. the bed linens were stained and appeared unwashed. the bathroom was in poor condition, with mold in the corners, dirty floors, and unpleasant odors. the overall hygiene of the room was below even basic standards, which w ...more
