the stay was good especially the swimming pool and view from the room.only negative is about the food..taste was not good and food item was limited in the menu. and they should consider more parking space when any function is going on.

Worst staff experience.. especially the staffs who handles check in and also the room boy . For signing the room dinning bill he's searching it in the room without our concern and saying that he forget the pen.. really they are insulting as.. rooms are good and neat but management worst and useless.. will not recommend to any1 i know.. Worst behaviour from the staffs

great location with near by beach access and backwaters location not too far. food quality was great especially for kids if that’s the consideration. it’s a modern theme hotel with all the amenities! staff was courteous too.

Ok so I generally do not write reviews but here i felt the need.If you are looking for a hotel where you pay only for room and not any service is needed than its perfect but in case you are vacationing and need room service for food,water,tv,laundary,etc please search other options. 1) ordered from restaurant at 8 at night kept following up from the reception for 2.5 hrs and they kept saying 5 min more and at 10:40 i had to call and say now you can cancel as i have to sleep. 2) Called for lau ...more

The place was sooo good , its the second time i choose this place to stay . Last time the stay was sooo good we booked this place again this time the stay was just ok as there were bed bugs and other bugs inside the room which was so not expected in a fully closed air conditioned room. Companion was so disappointed as he was allergic to bugs ... overall expect that was good ..... The authorities should keep in consider this too as people are paying a pretty good amount of money on the rooms and we will be expecting the service with full regards to the amount paid
