very bad experience. tv not working. no hot water in washroom. washroom was not clean. room was not clean. no phone in room to call reception.

the stay was not a good experience. the toilet seat broken down when we sat on it and the manager had the audacity to demand payment from us. my father could have been seriously injured. zero hospitality in that hotel. however thanks to goibibo the issue was resolved promptly 5 stars for goibibo, 0 for the hotel management

it's good hotel but inside a narrow street and they don't have enough space for parking. Mineral water was included in the cost but they waned to charge it extra.
