Room is too small for a family... just 130sq ft... no balcony, no storage.. standard room is not recommended for a family... after a long distance travel to occupy in such a small room is a disappointment.
lococation is so beautiful, food is also okay... but stay was pathetic.

The location is very nice and the staff are very kind and friendly Enjoyable and beautiful memories with chillness Natural beauty loving moments Well-maintained swimming pool and surrounding Reachable from kandaloor to resort is having some difficult due to road condition Road work is on progress It' is easy on the next trip Mr Ranjith is very nice and taking care of all persons who stayed there Myself and my family members are really enjoyed the stay and the trip

stayed in vip cottage...location is little remote with bad narrow road, weather and ambience were great, staff are helpful, small swimming pool was maintained well, can play shuttle....food varieties were limited but ok, no shops nearby...campfire was nice with music, they can arrange bbq also.. overall nice place.

stunning locaction. Well maintained and supportive staff. feel like spending time in our home. fruit garden has lot of exotic varieties. now, the proper road to the property has been made . Worth staying with family...

it was an awesome experience at cleveland. the weather was mesmerising there. rooms are awesome with all the amenties of a 3star hotel. the experience at the pool was so chill. our caretaker prajesh was also a very friendly guy. waiting to go back there when they have their rotating glass house as they are planning.

Service is okay. Aproch road is very worst. The resort should improve the Amenities.
