although the place from mall road is just 7 minutes away. but it's located at very congested road. no lift in the hotel. staff behaviour ok ok. not very professional. rooms are ok ok.

Unfortunately, several aspects of my visit did not meet my expectations. I sincerely hope that my feedback will be helpful in improving the experience for future customers. Amenities were not working properply, hospitality wasn't included in their dictionary. We asked, to give warm water and didn't get till we went to their restaurant. Service was poor.

It was a great experience of staying at Cloud 7 Hotel. The location was very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The housekeeping was very good and take care of the cleanliness.

This hotel is very good and the staff here talks very politely and the best part is this hotel is on the mall road market and Lake view is 200 meters away, I am so happy🥰🥰

A type of cheating with customers. Showing AC room but no AC installed Bad smell in the room, not clean hygiene room. Smelly bathroom without toiletries toothpaste toothbrush shampoo and towels. It's really horrible to spend 2 nights in this hotel. Asked Goibibo to cancel the hotel, but they denied.TV installed but not charged DTH after complaining, also. pictures attached for the reference.

finding this hotel.in nainital was pleasent experience staff was extmly helpfull and friendly room were clean and you can call it primium class very close to malli tal setuaited in the main market walkble distance to mall road 5 star in every aspect 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
