they gave us a studio room instead of the superior double room that we booked initially and it was horrible. room was in a really bad shape and not clean. food was also bland. not recommended to book if you’re not a club mahindra member

Location is OK. Near to the city center but away from the crowds. Does not give you valley or hill views(personal disappointment nothing to complain though). It is set in 35 acres of woods. Rooms offer jungle views. - 4/5
Rooms are OK. Rooms are decent is size can accomodate 3 people. Rooms are little aged with clear traces of wear tear. No inconvenience noted in genera thiughl. No AC - bit of a let down especially since it was summer time - 4/5

The experience was good overall including great breakfast for two days, Soothing music in Amphitheatre..But one small disappointment is we didn't get umbrella when we were stuck in rain at the Planet's club and the guys at the coffee shop didn't bother to help and we were stuck for 30 mins..Club Mahindra as a brand should value and teach its employees to be more vigilant on customer service....
It was a wonderful experience and overall property was picturesque..I loved the stay along with the food too..

Stay was good, all the services were good but waiting time for church in was too long. It was more than an hour.. travelling from very far and waiting this much is not worthy
