the property is really awesome but property itself can't serve you 100%. Upper management needs to be more polite and adjustable. they are quite rigid and sometimes bit rude as well.

Pros 1.) The property was amazing with good rooms and great views2.) The buffet breakfast at the restaurant was good.3.) The housekeeping and service was good4.) CM keeps intact its geniality and warmth. Everything is so so awesome. We were there for two days and this place is at a such a location that the views are so serene. You wont feel like going anywhere out. Especially the activity area - HAPPY HUB and the instructors over there- Ms. Kamini, Mr. Sunil and Mr. Vinay are so generous and considerate.
