Good property with great view. Take a room with lawn opening. Good housekeeping service. However toiletries can be improved.
Food is bit expensive for in-room dining and the taste is average. Breakfast spread is decent. But doesn't justify a 5* facility. For example: i couldn't get a green tea at breakfast table. It was not available. For a change you can explore the restaurant in the Sterlings -The Kullu Kitchen, which is adjacent to the hotel.

Stayed in club Mahindra property for the first time and experience is really bad. No Wifi connectivity in rooms, Hot water is available for only 2 Hours in Morning and in Evening. Food is really bad, not even fresh. We left our complimentary meal as well.
Only good thing about the hotel is the view from garden attached to room and fun activities in property.
Never gonna recommend this hotel to anyone.

I stayed there for 2 night
Superb service And excellent garden view
24 hrs hot water service and they also provide room heater
Breakfast and dinner was excellent also have good varieties
Extremely recommend to all

It was my second stay here since I came to know about this lovely resort. the staff is really courteous and helpful. the gardens are very well maintained and the rooms are awesome. i find it completely worth the price if anyone is looking for a weekend getaway to relax and chill and spend some quality time with your partner.
the rooms are pretty good and also have nice gardens in the backyard where one can easily bask in the sun and relax. i will be back in january to enjoy the snowfall season.
