Great location and good and new room. Room was initially not clean and window was not able to close. Staff was supportive they have cleaned the room and fixed the window issue

Rooms are clean and spacious also the staff was helpful. The only con was room and the bathroom did not have enough lights. Very low voltage lights were there. Barely could see anything specially in bathroom, window was the only good source of light in the room.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The check-in process was inefficient, and the staff lacked professionalism.
The room itself was much smaller than expected, and the online description was misleading. The bed was uncomfortable due to the use of two attached mattresses for what should have been one large bed. Really a good experience at clyford.
One of the best hotel in kannur also budget friendly. Reception staffs are good behavior ❤️
