I wanted to do early check-in at 5:30 AM but unfortunately reception staff was not available at that time. No backup staff was available. I waiting for almost 1.5 hours to get early check-in after staff resumed her office. Regarding my stay, it was comfortable. Room was spacious with all basic amenities available. There's alot of power cut in the area but hotel has power backup available.

Pros Infra is Good. Rooms are broad. Toilets is clean and spank. Wifi is Good Cons No welcome drink as mentioned Towel provided was Wet. Entrance is Narrow

overall.stay is good, but there has been a beep sound in some fire/security system which irritates a lot, they have not been able to resolve the issue & i m sure must be a problem with many guests..... the buffet breakfast was 95% repeated ☹️

the stay experience was not good, general cleanliness in public area is good... the house keeping team needs to be reminded for basic utilities even after them making the room.... they did not find it important to refurbish the room with basic utilities like soap, bath towels, toilet paper & milk sachets......everything had to called for......they don't have coffee sachets for in room services......was provided loose coffee in some small throwaway plastic dabbi....... most disappointing thing ...more
