hotel costal grand they lie, there is not enough staff, kitchen staff is handling reception and breakfast but they are not providing service,In the morning I talked to her, then dirty water came, apart from me there was another lady who was very angry,

don't go there it's very frustrating. common bathroom for family cottage .no ac no fan nothing. hot water after 20 minutes. spring bed without comfort. no safety for rooms only one lock .

The hotel did not had a trained staff. The rooms were very dirty. Toilets not cleaned up. The restaurant was buzzing with flies all over. The breakfast buffet was cold with few options. The had no security/ no one to keep the luggage in rooms.

very poor maintenance.. the view from our room is garbage bin. they have two types of rooms.. facing to the road and facing as shown in the picture.. to avoid bathroom smell, they used a lot of freshner.. no exhaust in bathroom.. we had taken food from the restaurant.. not possible to eat inside room. food is average.. staffs are very good behavior.. we will noy stay there in future and will not recommend for others also
