The resort is a good option for the given budget — the rooms, location, and general ambiance are all satisfactory. However, the major downside is the cleanliness of the toilets. The room toilets had a strong, unpleasant smell, and even the toilet near the swimming pool was in poor condition. If the management can address this hygiene issue, the overall experience would be much better

this was good stay but if we are order food it will take one hour to reach room Or it wont come they provide lame reasons..

The place was located a bit interior, that was fine for me. There is no maintenance done, multiple room doors has hole in place of the door lens. which was covered by tapes(no feel of safety)After multiple room switches and conversations, I was given a good room. Service was good by the staffs, food can be improved. Bigg pool, but no maintenance. Flies and insects all over the pool except the kids area.Poor cellular network area, but Wifi was provided.Average stay in a calm environment

Worst Place for below reasons
1. We found a venomous snake in the bedroom.
2. They have a secret hole in the door.
3. Poor Maintenance

We were group of 18 who stayed overnight in Coco Retreat. The rooms were poorly maintained. One of the room stunk with strong cigratte smoke and we had to complaint multiple times. Their air freshner didn't help so they brought incense sticks which helped somewhat. There was no water in toilet flush in one side of rooms. No action taken even after complaining. The food was okay. The reception/service desk was mostly unattended. You need to call their mobile no(no intercom) for everything. The swimming pool was decent but the bench area was broken.

The building is in an isolated place, The room and sheets are not clean, the toilet is in a pathetic condition ( worse than a public toilet ), definitely a NO for families, Completely spoiled our trip by booking in this place after looking at the photos
