Pros : Nice and peaceful location, easy access to beach ,shell Museum and Panch Rathas. Negative: 1. Very poor maintenance of backyard, swimming pool . 2. Staff is not active , helpful but not active. 3. Lots of flies and spider cobs in the rooms. 4. The breakfast served is not worth the extra charges. 5. Room cleaning service is also pathetic.

Good for short stay only!!!! 2 support staff at property and their hands are full with multiple task and don't expect any special attention. Food can be ordered to staff and will get from outside. We opted to go out and have our food. Just for a day stay on quick visit fine but not that well managed or serviced property.
