Very poor hotel. No hospitality. Even no one offer water in room. Lack of staff & poor service. No parking & security available. Car to be parked in road. My car has been damaged in parking.

It was nice experience staying at Hotel Heritage Bodhgaya. Hotel rooms are very spacious,neat and clean. Hotel staff was very cooperative and friendly and well mannered.Location of the hotel is excellent. Mesmerising experience at hotel. I recommend a must stay.

worst to stay.not provided hot water in night after 8 pm in night check in and no room heater in winter season....bad experience....we booked 6 rooms before 2 months but they provide 3 in 1 St floor and 3 in 2 nd floor hence family tour disturbed on that day. food quality was very very bad despite of very high costs. cost of tea is RS.50 was very high and it was not for middle class people.taste of food is very bad.
not for group and family tour....worst to stay...waste of money.

Foods are costly, but tasty. Room rate is ok. Although the check-in time was 12 noon, and it was mentioned that early check-in (more than before 30 minutes) is chargeable, we checked in at 7.30 AM without any extra charge. service and behavior of the staff is polite.

Good location... Service is good room and all are very clean... Kitchen is 24hrs opened.. I took tea 5am in morning..
