the worst place to book in jaipur arrogant staff, illogical reasoning,and very money minded people who just want money even you have book the place ... worst place to go in your entire life never book this place ...

great location. hotel is near to gandhinagar Jaipur railway station. Its behind the Croma mega Store. Hotel is good for solo and family persons.

I had a very bad experience with this hotel. they compelled me to pay extra amount. when I arrived there they told me to pay 1000 more. I had to pay the extra amount. staff behavior was very rude. service was very bad at hotel. I never had such experience.

never book this again demanding extra money upon arrival very third class property never book never checked in not for family they are providing short stay room for unmarried couple and very dirty place

Don't book this Hotel, i booked for 2 rooms on 4 October 2022, when i reached at hotel on 12 o' clock then hotel denied for checkin because of extra money. So please don't book this hotel if you are travelling in Jaipur specially in night, it was Very difficult to find a new hotel after denied that checkin.

room was not as clean as it is supposed to be. bed sheets are not clean. i didn't get complimentry breakfast as i booked in my booking.

Behaviour of the manager and staff was very nice the only problem was the bed it was not comfortable and the bed sheet was also dirty apart from these two problems everything was nice and ok

Very Poor Experience, Toilet and Bathroom was very pathetic condition, Dirty Bucket and Mug, Unhygenic Washbasin and toilet. Only one towel provided that was also dirty .No soap shampoo were provided.Bed sheet and Pillow were average.Plugpoints were in bad and dangerous condition.No complimentary Water provided. And the hotel charged 30 Rs for a local brand water bottle.Cable was not reached.Overall Bad experience
