Hello, I booked the hotel this November for my family. The scenic view of outside mountain and city was nice from terrace of hotel,but the swing chair was in broken condition. Although complementary breakfast was added in my booking with an extra amount, but hotel staff refused to provide as facility was not there. Normal drinking water was not available which we purchased from outside.

It is in main city which is good. The road to reach is bit narrow. The hotel didn't had elevator.The staff was very supportive. Overall, it was a moderate stay.
It was overall moderate. If you have old person with you who can't climb stairs, that can be bit problematic.

Apart from room nothing was there. no service. no food service, full dirty. no help desk available. once you checked-in you will not find any staff at desk. no fan no AC in the room.
