my experience at this hotel was disappointing due to the strong odor and excessive dust in the room. the air felt stale, and it was clear that proper cleaning had been neglected. this made the stay uncomfortable and far from relaxing.cleanliness is a basic expectation, and unfortunately, this hotel did not meet it. i hope they improve their housekeeping standards to provide a better experience for future guests.

Pathetic, disgusting, and a big pile of dump- these are just small words to describe this monumentally degrading pile of filth of a hotel.Dirty beds, no accessories or buckets or mugs or even clean drinking water, smelly sheets, and what not. We had them open all the 15 rooms in the hotel and checked each one of them but they are all the same. Pathetic. The hotel manager and the lady at the desk is absurdly rude and egoistic. We got out within 3 hours and went to a nearby restaurant to clean up in the morning.Mindnumbbingly gross.
