The Room which were provided is worst. The Room & Bathroom was smelly. Room's TV, AC & Gyser was not working. The Pillow &Blanket cover were torn, they have no extra cover. The hotel staff was speaking abusive language with us. Behaviour of the hotel staff was not good. Experience is very bad. Services was very poor.I suggest never Check in this type of hotel.

this hotels bed sheet, blankets are very dirty, bathroom flush are not working at all, no bathroom door locks even many time we complain still they didn’t mind

Its near by tatanagar railway station thats it, its lodge i dont recomend this hotel to anyone, room size was decent bu bed sheets where dirty, towels where duty
washroom was dirty, they need to improve there room quality

hotel deny giving a room in this booking they suggest me non ac room. bill already paid in non refundable basis. I have given some other amount to hotel for room.

They have charged more after reaching to property saying that they will not entertain bookings. (find attached pic). even rooms are not good. TV was not in condition. water inside from AC while raining.
