the stay was comfortable, but the kitchen facilities could be improved.
the kitchen is not operational; even basic necessities such as water bottles are not available at the facility.

Worst hotel i would say and the room is not at all clean..and before booking we asked for early check in and they said ok but after going there they simply said that early check in is not possible.. very worst staff

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the room was both stylish and comfortable. The staff were very helpful as well. I’d definitely recommend it!

AC not working from yesterday. No acting by staff
Staff are not professional, not responding on call or request. AC is not working from tomorrow but no action has taken yet by the hotel authority
