the overall stay was ok..the reception staff was cooperative. The restaurant is under renovation and hence closed therefore they could not provide any breakfast,lunch and dinner.we booked 2 deluxe rooms however found lots of differences in the setting of two like one room was provided chair the other sofas, clealiness wise also it needs improvement.In one room there was no geyser service.the staff is very helpful and they tried to address our concerns in fact in some of the situations they did help too.one thing that I really liked was washroom which is very clean and well maintained

hi, I don't want to give 1 rating also. poor services, no warm water, hand shower was broken, no driking water facility also. rooms was too smelling.

The hotel is as dirty as it can. The room had a wierd stench when we entered. The bathrooms werent cleaned and the pillow covers also werent clean. Unfortunately i do nit have an option to give zero stars. All in all a very poor and disappointing experience

The stay was good. This hotel is nearby railway station and bus stop so it is convenient for travellers. This place is also close to Albert Hall Museum, Hawa Mahal and Pink City.
