kabhi bhi direct book mat karna or karo to pehle hotel phone karke confirm karna nahi badi samasya m aa sakte ho.

patheic experience . First they didnot allow an entry in hotel as the hotel receptionist said price at which booked is lower than our booking amount. After i argued with them they agree to show me room which was too dirty than what it is appearing in photos. After they asked me to pay extra amount of 200 for a new room . Its cheating with the customers as they denied entry at last moment and wasted my 1 hr at reception. i request team ibibo to take strict actions against such hotels
