while checking into the hotel i was charged rs 455 extra. i was told that the booking has been done for such a small amount and you will not get a room and you will have to pay extra.

i must say the entire experience was ridiculous! i had booked the room, only to be told at check-in that they don’t accept bookings! it was a non-refundable booking, and after a long day of traveling, i didn’t have the energy to find another place.to make matters worse, the staff had the audacity to demand 500₹ more if i wanted to stay. after negotiating, i reluctantly agreed to pay an extra 400₹ on top of my original booking. seriously? this is how you treat guests?when i finally got to my room ...more
