i would this was my worst experience. not cooperating arrogant behaviour of staff. i had to go thrice to the reception for getting a bath towel.Then they give me a room which they are saying " deluxe" photos of which is given aboveBelow are the alleyways picsBelow are the front gate of the hotel. So patheticI will rate the stay as 0 out of 10

I regret to point out that breakfast was not provided to me whereas it was mandatory as per the booking.I really faced a lot of inconvenience and monetary loss due to it.The nearby restaurant was too far from the hotel so I had to pay unnecessary to and fro auto charges for having the breakfast.
