extra charges mangte Hain aur customer ke sath badtamiji se baat bhi karte Hain hotel reception per Jo Banda hai extra GST ke naam per paise mangta hai aur night mein customer jaate Hain to vah bahut pareshan hote Hain

we have booked 1 room for 2 adults and when we reached there at night they said they are full and because of that we looked for another hotel....i need my full refund 1471

inappropriate behaviourdidn't provide towel and other accessories after saying 3 or more time afterall i went to the reception and took these charged extra ruppes
