This is hotel is the worst one....Staff are terrible....front desk guys were worst and indifferent.. and they have no consideration...rooms are worst quality... and beds have bugs in it...gloomy ambience...it is a mess in the middle of a messy location....otherwise guys don't book this hotel at all...even the wifi is worst...The rooms stink. it is worst experience. I am writing this at 10.26 pm from the room and I can't sleep because of mosquito. nothing is clean, dirty smell. one more thing don't book this hotel prepaid because reception people will 1st confirm it and it will take minimum one hour. instead of checking their own records they were asking me PNR no then how much you paid and if you have used any gift coupon.

Very bad quality service Even hotler not think to serve water in room Very cheap and dirty bed sheet, pillow cover with bad smell You don't expect warm water for bath Bathroom is very dirty and smelling badly

Hotel is ok.but the staffs have got all the excuses for any service..no room cleaning till u knock them continuosly for 2 days..no self service for drinking water..u keep them calling..morning breakfast they bring from a local hotel from 50 mtrs and i got an insect in poori sabji.i stayed for 3 days but not a single day bathroom was cleaned..

Hotel is good located near BHU Varanasi, some may find it difficult to locate. Rooms and washroom was clean. Provided clean linens. Pillows were ultra soft. Just had some power backup issue. Staff is polite and friendly in behaviour. Hotel was in budget but provided all facilities from AC to geyser. Overall had an pleasant stay.
