when i reached the hotel the hotel was full and management said they have another hotel near by called grandeur which was horrible stay ac was not at all working and bathroom was very dirty shower was not at all working

we have check-in around 8pm on 12th of october, hotel staff has given a room which was pathetic so they shifted to another room number 206 which is also in same condition when questioned the staff about the room condition they politely answered all the room are in same condition and they can’t help us1- room has stinky smell 2- tv was not working 3- bed sheets we’re having strains 4- towels were also having lipstick strains and old strains 5- no duvet they replaced it with bed sheet 6- pillows w ...more

A perfect place for a weekend. We decided to take a short break and chose this hotel for our weekend retreat. It was the perfect choice. The location was ideal, close to all the attractions we wanted to visit.

The location to stay in the hotel is very good...but the hotel staff is very bad, specially the receptionist named Jenny, they talk very bad..the way of talking to all the staff is very bad.

There is a receptionist in this hotel..she takes a lot of interest in giving rooms to local couples..she does not pay attention to other customers..this is what I have seen with my own eyes there.
