The drinking water was not provided by hotel , we have to pay for it and one ltr bottle cost 30rs . Frequent cleaning was not there during my 8 day stay only once cleaning was done by staff and asking for tip before cleaning. Moreover the staff was saying I will only change bed sheet and clean the room if u ll pay tip.

Very bad quality mattress, had back ache because of mattress. Very congested room without any ventilation or windows. Over priced room with bad odour. Room walls had pan stains.

One of the worst hotel experiences .These people were so unhappy, they refused to check in at first and after complaining to the customer care they checked us in.They were even demanding extra money at one point because apparently the rate they get is less. how is that a customer's problem.They didn't clean the room even once during six nights stay. Harassing customers who travel from far away places isn't a nice thing.and I couldn't find zero stars , so giving 1.
