all good hotel but no breakfast we asked but they said we not providing breakfast but my booked tariff is including breakfast so some amount has to refund due to breakfast had outside

Their was option for complimentary breakfast as per the chosen plan while booking the hotel. Now after reaching the property, the property manager is stating that we don't have the service for any breakfast or any kind of food services.
Moreover, their is no nearby restaurants from where I can get food, ordering in Zomato & swiggy is also very pathetic as they can't even locate the property properly.
very very bad experience, Atleast this could have been informed before booking so that we would get to book other possibilities.
