resort needs urgent renovation and maintainance. bathroom door broken, tapes are leaking. didn't provide water for drinking. fans without regulator. mosquitoes in the room. tv not working. no wifi in rooms. only plus point is , it's near to the beach should first check the property before listing. i am not going to book from your site in future.

Good Hotel will minimal luxury and big rooms with lot of mosquitoes.
The infrastructure needs to be improved.

awesome part is that it is next to beach. horrible part is hygiene, dirty bedsheets, and nightmare part was toilet. extremely dirty that we preferred using pay and use toilet next to hotel. you will get sick if you use that toilet.
food, bad. we asked for ghee rice, they poured ghee in rice and "forgot" to add salt. go to udupi restaurant next to the hotel.

Everything was a sham! Dirtiest bed sheets / shabbiest and oldest curtains / the most dirtiest bathroom! Just dont want to even talk about it..it's a trauma!
