Rooms are good. However, they don't cooperate with guests. I asked for early check in (at 10am) as I had my interview. The hotel was all empty and early checkin was 100% possible. They don't give a damn about your problems. Charged me 590 rupees for early checkin. World over, it is basic courtesy to provide early checkin if rooms are vacant.
Rest all things are good.

the only good thing about this property is the location. the room was ok but the bed sheet was not fresh. it wasn't changed since ages & i had to reverse it before sleeping. the worst was the bathroom. the commode was dirty & the flush was not working properly. it was pathetic experience. at night there was no water. the caretaker came to fix it & it did work. but when you are charging for a night, one should provide a clean room & washroom especially. there was no kettle which was mentioned. never ever checking into this property in future

Didn't provide any type of service as mentioned by Gobigo. they don't clean room daily basis. bisleri mineral water charged 30 thirty rupees per liter.

A very good location with exhorbantly high food prices. Amenities def have scope for lot of improvement.
