They didn’t allowed any guest in the room and charged one thousand for each guest. Worst ever experience. And above all is not even cancelling the booking. So think before booking this property

Very poor standard
Of hotel amenities
As guest lift is not working
And incident occur with us as we stuck in service lift for 2 min as power backup is delayed and I ask front desk to check thr is no satisfactory reply by them
Our room no 303/302 combine . Worst experience ever as I am with my family . So poor service.
