services to be improved. Room is awesome and location also good. pool water to be recirculated for every 30 mins atleast (currently 1 day)

All the amenities the private pool, common pool everything is just awesome. If you want to improve more you can include some out door activities so that we can have fun outside the room also.

The stay was okay. The breakfast provided had limited options but it tasted good.
Did have a horrendous experience which I didn't expect at a Luxe property. There were 2 lizards in the room. They fell on the bed and had to call the staff at midnight. The staff ruthlessly killed the lizards in front of us. It was a very bad experience and ruined the stay for us.

The stay was good. complimentary breakfast needs improvement . During our stay , construction works were going on and we could hear people walking and speaking till 1 am around our room. It was uncomfortable other than that the stay is cool , good theme and clean, near to main road though nothing to see around inside the resort . All you pay is for the room and the private swimming pool. We opted for boat snacks which comes for an extra 3k Which was pricey compared to the options and taste. This is the best private pool resort you can get for this rate in Pondicherry.

This property is newly build and only 4 rooms are operational out of 12.
Location is way far from city so plan your travel accordingly.
Only 2-3 beaches nearby and they are not so clean.
In our case the wifi doesnt work whole night and no one was their to fix it.
In terms of room cleaniness and room decor, this is the best hotel.
Make sure to travel here with your vehicle.
Zomato swiggy also doest deliver here after 10 ( atleast in my case they canceld the order)
Also they donot have wifi or extra washrooms at the reception or in cafeteria
