The rooms are spacious and A/c was working well. They never sweep or mop the rooms and corridors everyday which is the norm. They never provided towels. Water was provided only on demand. Lift was not working we had to carry our luggage to 2nd floor. Overall experience was okay. Location 3/5 cleanliness 3/5 service 3/5 overall experience 3/5.
