the costliest cottage room was not having working geyser, u would be asked to take bath other room or provided with hot water in bucket, extra large pillows not confirtavle at all, dirty swimming pool, food quality not good and charges as high as 80 rs for a boiled egg. property was not managed properly, staff was good and cooperative but management not good

Giving extra star because of the hospitality shown by them. We booked standard villa and it was not up to the stndard. The villa's were dirty, damp walls, windows broken and bo lock in the bathroom. We complained to management then moved us to a better room for 2nd night.

Food was amazing..Place is really gd only problem was not maintained well. There was gd options of adventure sports for kids to enjoy. Rooms were just okay not maintained well
Lots of greenery but unkept.
Tacky wall colours in the room.
Dirty bathrooms.

Worst experience. Service was very late, if you order something to eat or even curtley then you have to wait for 2-3 hours. Food was pathetic, not at all tasty, not even edible. No one will response to room service. We were calling room service they were not picking even calls. At 9:30Pm when we asked them for coffee they said that can't be done. We had booked two rooms both were worst stinking, dirty. In one room hot water was not coming. one of them was at the corner, at night lights were not on. Nothing much activity to do.
I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The hotel has a very good ambience. That probably lured me into staying at the hotel. However the biggest pullback of this hotel is the poor service quality, especially at the restaurant. I stayed there with family for 3 nights (23 to 26) and all nights I found someone OR the other yelling at the hotel staff, including myself. We had to remind the staff for 10 times to finally get a glass of milk. Had ordered butter milk ... its never come till date and we gave up on followups. We were informed ...more

Not worth money cos no cleanliness in room.. no ventilation .. toilets n doors r damaged.. or not maintened. No suffient lights in room. Service is appreciable.. food ok.

I stayed here for 2 nights in delux room.. rooms are not at all value for money... Ok ok kind of rooms.. they have villa are in good conditions..
Food quality was very nice.. they were playing dj every evening with fire camp.. good for hangout in eve... Full of tree feels like staying in Forest...
