staff support was not good...TV was not working in both the rooms. Rooms were not ready when we reached the place & had to wait for 1 hr .over all experience is not Good .Not worth for the value for money

Nice stay. Average food, but good coffee, just 5 km from Madikeri town. Kids play area available. Friendly staff. Nice location. The best part. Why i give 3 star's. They charged for welcome drink, they served😄. Asked "Sir welcome drink- coffee or juice. I said coffee". They served at their restaurant. Next day while Checkout they charged for all coffee we had as welcome drink🙄. Its not good to ask about it and we just paid without saying anything. Small amt, just Rs.40 per coffee i think. We were celebrating 2 occasions during this trip. 1) Our honeymoon, 2) My husbands birthday. I booked a teak room with breakfast and lunch also made full payment. The following day I get a call from Karthik "supposedly the manager of the property" saying that the price for the room that I booked was incorrectly updated by him and I either had to cancel my booking or pay an additional 15k. Best and worth for money resort to have a peaceful stay. I had only one day stay at this resort. The place is very close to madikeri city so thats a plus point. Rooms and outdoor area are very clean and hygiene, beautiful garden and sit outs. Staffs are very polite and sensible. Food and dinning area is really good. Highly recommend if you are looking for budget stay.
