It is a very small property, we got a room for a family of two adults and two children with stream facing. but it's not a falls or a stream and not that pleasant to look at. there is nothing to do inside the resort you can't even go walking around the property. breakfast is too average and they charge for an omlet also. food generally isn't good, not even tea or coffee in a place famous for coffee. the price given is too much for such a very average property. service should be improved leaps and ...more

* room was average with no ac facility
* breakfast buffet was pathetic with only 2 options
* ala carte will take min 2 hrs after ordering even for snacks
* no welcome drink.. even for bf buffet they don't serve juice.
* no cutlery at room.
* property is very small.
