The property is truly amazing, well maintained, beautiful surroundings, and full of nature. However, the experience was let down by the uncooperative staff. They seemed disinterested and not very helpful when assistance was needed. For every request, they just knew how to say “No,”. With better service, this place could easily be a top tier destination.

Very good scenic location. Rooms are very spacious, clean and with good views. Their nature walk options provided with the package is also good.

avoid!! not close to taj or other five stars at all!!
starting from the check in, where the reception was full of staff but all was busy roaming there. just 3 guests arrived one after another and the reception staff was unable to manage and lost the control.
the management is a total failure in managing the property in all the fronts. the low level staff tries hard to cover up but they are directionless due to their inefficient management most of the times.

One of the best stay experiences I have had....loved everything about the property the location the service...the staff was so courteous and attentive at all times...the breakfast and dinner buffet had amazing variety and quality was top notch too....loved every single minute of our stay and special mention to the sunset deck they have at the property...
